Miracles

 Everyone likes the sound of Miracles, we listen with so much excitement when we hear other people's testimony and wonder if such blessings or answers to prayers can happen to us. God doesn't discriminate against gender, race or culture. If he can do it for him, he can do it for you. We easily forget that God is still and always in the business of Miracles. Miracles happens everyday, God is limitless and His ability to do wonders can never be diminished.

Have you ever driven along a long stretch road and then suddenly you reach the end of the road and realise its a dead end. You cant turn to the right, left or forward, all you have to do is probably turn around. Sometimes life gives us such challenges. We travel along the road to our destination in life, we take every precaution, the right step in reaching out destinations in life and then, Bang! We become trap, no way out, looks like all our effort becomes unfruitful, disappointed and sometimes, almost in disgrace. We pray, fast, plead, cry and do all we know we can do and still,no change. We become trapped in our misery.

Our God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly, beyond our own imagination, He makes ways where theres seems to be no way. The children of Israelite also went through that phase, after walking a long distance, tried and exhausted, above all, chased by their enemy, about that time, they got to a dead end, the red sea. But our God is the all knowing, all powerful, present helper in times of trouble, he turned the opened a way where there seems to be no way. God did something that has never been done before, he parted the red sea for his children to pass through. If he can do it then, he can do it for us. He can make a way through the wilderness, he can bring down the walls of Jericho for us, he can change any rules for us, he can tell the sun to stand still for us, he can change every situation. He is the God that opens the door which no one can close, He can cause the barren to become the mother to many, he can turn disappointment to appointment, he can turn failure to success, disgrace to glory, mourning to dancing.
